Next year, on the Fort Peck Reservation there is a family reunion being planned for the descendants of Sweet Corn. From probate records, census info and marriage records we were able to identify the families on the Fort Peck Reservation, most of them as the family tree is not complete.
We do know that Sweet Corn had at least one son, Wasuiciyapi-Cause To Hail. We do not know if there were other siblings or not. But, we do know that Wasuiciyapi had at least 15 children and 5 wives who were all sisters, having the same father.
We do need help with several of the children, namely - Isabella Williams-Tahe who adopted her brother Arthur Sweet Corn's daughter Emma Tahe who apparently married a man with the last name Head. Another daughter, who took the na me Mary Red Thunder abt. 1857 - ?. And, a granddaughter named Hannah Sweet Corn who married a man with the name Wilson. Also, a grandson who went by Joseph Sweet Corn or Otayuha-Has Plenty. It appears Joseph had dual enrollement at Sisseton and Fort Peck, on the Fort Peck Reservation he is enrolled as Samuel Small.
The probates don't give too much info on the birthdates of the above mentioned. So if anyone can help identify the children and onward of these individuals that would be a big help. Again, the names are:
Mary Red Thunder (Tokiyewin or Marpiyatokayewin) name give on probates. Emma Tahe-Head Hannah Sweet Corn-Wilson (Ahanna) Joseph Sweet Corn (Otayuha-Has Plenty)

There is a Mary Red Thunder buried in the Episcopal cemetary on Crow Creek Reservation. I forgot the dates but they might have read late 1800s.
